Full POINT by POINT on this is on my MAIN STORY.UBC STEAM FITTER CONTINUES TO FIGHT PUNITIVE PSYCHIATRY.


FINANCIAL MOTIVE IN FULL.
How it all came about. I will begin with my inadvertent Financial encroachment. Then came my FINANCIAL Motive which should all have been kept UNDERCOVER. 

In 1996 at The University Of British Columbia only TWO People had Salaries that exceeded $100,000. The two UBC / AVP'S in 1996 Salaries were $75,000. Increasing to over $200,000 at the beginning of 1997.

NOTE: This salary information collected by ME way after my alleged FORENSIC Psychiatric Evaluation on May 25,2001.  Most of it collected on the 99B bus

However at the beginning of 1997 that would change to perhaps many hundreds, possibly upwards of a THOUSAND whose previous Salaries in 1996 were averaging 50K. In our Department alone which became UBC Land and Building Services the average Manager Salary in 1996 was no more than 50K tops, FACT.  The CUPE Local 116 President around the same 50K if even. Also the CUPE Local 116 President was the only CUPE Full Time PAID Position. 
  
Taking UBC Land and Building Services as an Example.  While UBC regular Union Members were on as good as a 4 or 5 year Salary FREEZE. At the beginning of 1997 Trades Educated Management from this Department were awarded some as high as 300% SALARY Hikes, this is 100% FACT.  Also from the CUPE local 116 ranks as many as 12 NEW Management Positions were Created paying around $115,000 on average, again a FACT. On Top of this the CUPE Local 116 Coordinadtor was created about a dozen positions paying $80,000 to $90,000.  What this meant was that CUPE Local 116 Executive had to rise accordingly above the CUPE Local 116 Coordinator.  There was now also more FULL TIME CUPE Local 116 Executive folks from 1997. This would also mean The CUPE National President would have to rise above the highest paid CUPE Local President who in 1997 was the UBC/ CUPE Local 116 President John G. 

What did all of this have to do with ME... Absolutely sweet fuck all... However this is exactly the reason for why I now became a TARGET that had to be DESTROYED. I now had to be seen in front of all as CUPE and UBC'S biggest ever criminal BAD ASS. 

Perhaps, or probably it was ME who opened up eyes to how the Workers Compensation System worked to both the fairly new UBC Administration and CUPE Local 116 Executive. Also my First Ever Workers Compensation Claim where a UBC Manager had LIED,  may have changed the way the Workers Compensation System had been working at UBC for many years. More on that later. 


With Workers Compensation NO RETALIATION GUIDELINES in place UBC / HR with UBC Equity would stand back, and permit my CUPE Local 116 Executive to PUNISH ME,  the CUPE WAY. 

As per my MAIN STORY They CUPE WAY with ME was CONCOCTING ME with a Criminal History Of Workplace Violence against my Co-Workers.

In particular P BY P 2002.9 where UBC are under FINANCIAL investigation. 

This was several months AFTER I in the strictest of confidence sent in my FINANCIAL FIGURING as MOTIVE to THREE PEOPLE AT UBC. The date was April 23, 2002. The three people were the 2002 CUPE Local 116 President Paul C... the two UBC AVP'S Lisa Castle and Geoff Atkins... and about a week later to The CUPE National President Judy Darcy.  NOTE: ALL THREE WERE RECIPIENTS OF MEGA SALARY HIKES IN 1997.

Several months AFTER that date as per P BY P 2002.9  I was approached by a neigbour a Ron H.  Ron was a very trustworthy guy, he was one of the Goal Judges for the Vancouver Canucks, he could also access CISIS and RCMP FILES... Ron knew I worked at UBC. On that day he approached ME. He asked ME what I knew about MASSES AMMOUNTS OF MONEY COMING FROM WORKERS COMPENSATION AND GOING INTO THE UNIVERSITY OF BRITISH COLUMBIA AND DISAPEARING Ron was working for a HIGHER source which was UNKNOWN to ME. UBC were for certain under some sort of financial investigation. Anyhow  I put all the financial Information I had on a DISC and gave it to Ron and this UNKNOWN higher investigative source. 

NOTE: As I said Ron could access CISIS Files, in 2002 I got him to check if I was on File, I was NOT.  Again it was January 2009 before UBC released the drawn up Forensic Psychiatric Medical/ Criminal Report. 




FINANCIAL FIGURING WHICH I CALLED MOTIVE FOR CUPE and many years later UBC / HR OPPRESSION. 

In over 60 Years as a Worker I have had TWO WORKERS COMPENSATION CLAIMS, both of these as a 19 year CUPE Member and UBC Employee. 

SECOND CLAIM was in 2006 I was off for ONE WEEK. NO PROBLEMS.

FIRST CLAIM was in early 1995 a back injury. Claim went through OK with ZERO Hassle. TIME OFF WORK I BELIEVE 2 MONTHS DUE TO WAIT FOR A SCAN. Anyway all good when I returned. 

FIRST CLAIM CONTINUED WITH A REINJURY WAS LATE DECEMBER 1995  I BELIEVE THE 18TH... A REINJURY OF THE FIRST CLAIM. TIME OFF WORK I BELIEVE ABOUT 3 MONTHS. THE DELAY WAS MY RETURN TO  WORK WAS BLOCKED   BY MY UBC MANAGER WHO HAD LIED TO WCB a Nick B. 

This didn't go so well for ME when the UBC Manager LIED to WCB. What he wrote to WCB was "John told me he didn't hurt his back at work, and his back was just merely hurting ".
With this UBC Manager  LIE I lost my Claim.

 I wrote to this UBC Manager and told him.. "That I felt that I could do most jobs in the Steam Shop, except the Man Holes". His documented reply was.. πŸ‘‰"DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT RETURNING TO WORK UNTIL YOU CAN DO EVERY JOB IN THE STEAM SHOP"πŸ‘ˆ. 

This UBC Manager LIE and the above statement I BELIEVE this LIE  BEGAN THE UBC RETURN TO WORK PROGRAM AT UBC,  AND PERHAPS THROUGHOUT CANADAThe Workers Compensation RETURN TO WORK PROGRAM was NOT IN EXISTANCE prior too 1997... If it was I would not be telling this story. 

I had sent this UBC Managers BLOCKING MY RETURN TO WORK ON LIGHTER DUTIES INTO WORKERS COMPENSATION. 

By the end of 1996 I PROVED THE UBC MANAGER LIE, AND WON my claim. The UBC Manager was FIRED by his upper UBC folks. This was NOT MY FAULT

I also had to be severely punished, however with Workers Compensation NO RETALIATION GUIDELINES, UBC / HR had to remain in control,  but behind the scenes.  My PUNISHER became my CUPE Local 116 Executive, this along with The CUPE National. 


By the end of 1996 I had WON my WCB CLAIM. However NO ONE from CUPE or UBC was HELPING with what I was OWED. It wasn't much, it was less than $8000, however this I had to figure out on my own. I had NO CLUE on how the WCB System Worked at UBC.

My inadvertent Financial Encroachment πŸ‘‡

What I had figured as FACT.
1. When a UBC Employee Employee is on WCB, HE / SHE does NOT come off UBC Payroll. 
2. ALL Vacation Days Accumulate
3. All Sick Days Accumulate
4. However Statutory Vacation Days DO NOT.
5. WCB payments made to UBC, I heard not to UBC Financial Services, but sent to UBC Occupational Health and Safety. Later renamed UBC Health and Safety 

Still a pretty good deal for the UBC Employee Injured on the job. NO COMPLAINTS, why would there be.

ME finding out this information was for my personal reimbursement. I was not prying into any shady Financial ongoings at UBC. 

Did I open up PANDORAS BOX? I BELIEVE I DID

The CUPE Local 116 Executive were in their FIRST YEAR... Likewise The UBC Administration. 

Was it ME that opened up EYES to a SHIT PILE of money that was FULLY ACOUNTED FOR BY UBC EMPLOYEE'S INJURED ON THE JOB. Perhaps it was!

All the UBC Folks that I had worked with to resolve my entitlements were exiting the University. I was street smart enough to realize that I too became a TARGET for Termination.  Well as what became documented a TARGET for the Mental Institution or the Morgue. The Morgue this with the BLOCKING of a documented very critical medical procedure which included a CT SCAN OF THE HEAD / BRAIN.  As per my MAIN STORY. 


The Statutory Vacation Days was what I thought this was about. UBC Employee's injured on the job were being short changed.. Due to my Oppression I made reference to this via UBC / HR. This  which was not a big deal to ME, I was looking for MOTIVE for CUPE local 116 oppression which was ongoing. 

For example if a UBC Employee was injured one day before Easter Good Friday and returned one or two Days after Easter Monday.. With the UBC /WCB system in place the UBC Employee would NOT get the TWO Deserved Stats in Liu . So a loss to the UBC Employee. I was CORRECT on this, but I was not pushing it. Was I inadvertently encroaching on something much bigger. 

Again at no time was I prying into UBC'S Financial ongoings, I was searching for MOTIVE for WHY my CUPE Local 116 Executive were on my ass. I was also trying to figure out why UBC / HR were in the background,  however ALLOWING this. Again UBC EQUITY'S Deborah Austin had told me it was TOO BIG FOR HER TO HANDLE... WTF.

My CUPE Local 116 Executive were in an all out effort to CONCOCT me with a Criminal History Of Workplace Violence. I knew my CUPE Oppression was RELATED to my First Ever Workers Compensation Claim I WON, where the UBC Manager had LIED. My Oppression began in early 1997. 

What else happened in early 1997.
Prior to 1997 only TWO people had salaries that exceeded $100,000, that was the UBC President and a guy named Terry S. The two UBC AVP'S were around $75,000.  In 1996 the Canadian Prime Minister was under $80,000.

1. While ALL UBC Union Employee's were on as good as a Salary FREEZE. At UBC Plant Operations (Renamed in 1997 Land and Building Services). There was MEGA Salary HIKES for UBC some as high as 300%. Example a UBC Manager in 1996 average Salary was around $50,000+.. Jumping to $150,000+ in 1997. FACT

2. From the CUPE 116 Ranks there were new UBC Management Positions paying from $115,000 to $120,000. FACTI personally knew around 10 of these Managers... Good luck to them... none of my business. 

3. CUPE Local 116 new Positions the UBC Coordinators.  These Positions I believe now paying around 60 to 70 Percent above the highest paid CUPE Foreman. FACT. Again none of my business. 

With these NEW CUPE Local 116 Positions this now raises the Salaries of the CUPE Local 116 President and Vice President to ABOVE the new CUPE Local 116 Coordinator Positions. Now the CUPE Local 116 President becomes the HIGHEST PAID CUPE Local President in Canada. FACT.

5. What does this do to the British Columbia CUPE Regional President and CUPE National President.. Do their Salaries Rise or do they stay at a LESSER Salary than the CUPE Local 116 President. UNKNOWN but common sense says their Salaries also increase.  It would be interesting to know if in 1997 The CUPE National President jumped 70%. If so this may have been the MOTIVE for what I discovered in DECEMBER 2019.
 
Was this the reason that UBC Permitted a NON Medical IMPOSTER to take the place of a UBC Forensic Psychiatrist and VIOLATE myself and families PRIVACY. 

Below is differently formatted however it is the EXACT wording and figuring that on April 23, 2002 I sent in strict confidence to The CUPE Local 116 President and the TWO UBC AVP'S. A week later I sent to The CUPE National President.

WHAT HAPPENED AFTER I SENT THIS IN? From March 31, 2001 I had been put out of UBC on FULL PAY.  On MAY 25, 2001 I had underwent a thought Anger Management Consultation by UBC Dr. Elizabeth Zoffmann ( Well assumed by her) DECEMBER 2019 I realized that I had NEVER EVEN MET THIS WOMAN.  

THREE DAYS LATER APRIL 26, 2002 was to be my LAST DAY AT UBC.  
1. I was called into UBC for a Meeting, at this Meeting there was NO UBC / HR or my CUPE Local 116 Bargaining Unit. It was chaired by The CUPE Nationals Connie Credico. 
2. There was NO Mention of this FINANCIAL FIGURING which I had sent in 3 days earlier.
3. There was NO Mention of my HEALTH.
4. There was NO Mention of a Recommended Life Determining Medical Procedure which included a CT Scan of The Head / Brain.
5. It was all about VIOLENCE by ME.
a. I was told that I was a THREAT to my Co-Workers and People at UBC.
b. I was told that I was NOT TRUSTED in the Buildings at UBC.
c. I was told to clear the fuck off Campus and NOT to talk to anyone on the WAY OUT. 

This was to be my LAST DAY as a UBC Employee and CUPE Member... However I again was ONE STEP AHEAD.  I had to put myself through some serious psychological shit. After the FINANCIAL DISCOVERY I had sought assistance from a NEUTRAL PSYCHIATRIST.  

After this CUPE National Meeting from HELL, I VOWED that I would RETURN  TO UBC and at any cost I would pursue the DOCUMENT from my ALLEGED FIRST FORENSIC PSYCHIATRIC MEDICAL / CRIMINAL EVALUATION. As per my MAIN STORY it took 7 1/2 YEARS in link for me to gain access to a FORGERY.

 
My FINANCIAL FIGURING which could have been way out to lunch... But I certainly struck a nerve.  UP UNTIL NOW this I had kept relatively confidential.  It was NEVER brought up or mentioned by The CUPE National or UBC / HR.  

It was sort of brought up in a Report by UBC Dr. Alan Buchanan... This was after my THIRD Psychiatric Evaluation on June 04,2009.  It was ruled by UBC Dr. Alan Buchanan as a Factor Of Mental Illness.  


A Calculation Financial or any other type of calculation, correct or incorrect is NOT a Factor of Mental Illness. If it is, UBC better start looking at their Math Professors.

When I sent this in I was over a Year on PAID LEAVE, and this was 11 Months AFTER my alleged Forensic Psychiatric Evaluation on May 25, 2001. In this year time frame I had heard NOTHING from UBC or CUPE or the alleged FORENSIC Psychiatrist about my HEALTH. I for certain had STRUCK A NERVE. What this represented was HOW THE WCB SYSTEM WORKED AT UBC prior to the at least the end of 1997 . 

The SYSTEM they had in place allowed UBC to Pocket ALL Monies coming into UBC.

In LINK 1 below, my troubles at UBC BEGAN in 1997 after I WON my FIRST EVER Workers Compensation Claim, where a UBC Manager had LIED. I BELIEVE this UBC Manager LIE Began the WORKERS COMPENSATION RETURN TO WORK PROGRAM.  

Like in my MAIN LINK, this was ALL my fucking fault, and NOT the fault of the UBC Manager who LIED.
